Affiliate Terms
Partner: A webmaster (an individual aged 18 or older, or a legal entity) who agrees to the terms outlined in this document and promotes the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Affiliate Program: A technical marketing platform that provides promotional tools to webmasters for the promotion of the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Product: The project being promoted through the use of advertising materials, which can include betting, casino, and trading.
Advertising Materials: Tools provided to affiliates to promote the Affiliate Program’s products online.
Traffic: The players who come to the Product as a result of a partner’s advertising materials placed online.
Offers: The terms and conditions, including restrictions and rewards based on the tariff and payment model, under which the Partner promotes the Product online.
Payment Models: The methods of compensation for the results achieved by the Partner through the placement of promotional materials.
CPA (Cost Per Action): Payment is made when a player makes their first deposit.
Revenue Share: A percentage of the Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), calculated as the difference between players’ stakes and their winnings and bonuses, minus administrative fees (10%) and payment processing fees (10%).
Hybrid: Combines two payment results: the first deposit by a player and a percentage of GGR, which is earned once the cohort of players generates a GGR that covers the first event.
Active Player: A player who regularly returns to the Product, makes deposits (bets), and plays for real money.
Reporting Period: The time frame in which a Partner’s earnings are accumulated and calculated for subsequent withdrawal to external payment systems.
Conditions for Working with Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program
- By starting work with the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program, the Partner agrees to the terms of this User Agreement.
- Participation in the program signifies acceptance of potential changes to the User Agreement without prior notification.
- The Partner confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
- The Partner is responsible for safeguarding their personal login and password. The program is not liable for the loss of this data.
- Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to refuse cooperation with any Partner without explanation.
- The program may alter its Terms of Service at any time, with the current terms published on the program’s website.
- If the Partner’s players fail to meet minimum quality standards, the program reserves the right to switch payment to the Revenue Share model. Indicators such as multi-accounting, high refund rates, or low player return rates may lead to this.
- Partners are prohibited from registering accounts in the Product as a result of their own promotional activities. Such accounts will be blocked.
- Cookie stuffing for the Pin-Up brand is strictly prohibited.
- Due to EU sanctions, Pin-Up does not provide services in certain occupied territories of Ukraine.
- Motivated traffic that circumvents Pin-Up’s product rules will result in affiliate account suspension.
- Partners are responsible for verifying the functionality of their unique links provided by the program.
- Cookies are stored for 30 days in the Postclick period.
- Registering as a Referral is prohibited if you already have a valid Partner account or act as a Referrer for an account that you manage or have access to.
- Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to request traffic sources used by the Partner. Refusal to provide this information may lead to account termination.
- Payments may be blocked if the program suspects violations by the Partner. Violations can result in account suspension without notice.
- Abusive language toward support staff may lead to termination of support services or account suspension.
- Communications with the program’s team are confidential. Sharing confidential information may result in termination of the partnership.
- Using political figures or unauthorized advertising methods will lead to the banning of the Partner’s account.
- Usage of .ru domains for SEO or landing pages is discouraged due to possible blocking.
- Promoting the Pin-Up brand using content from other brands or using cloned websites is strictly prohibited.
- Brand traffic from certain advertising models is accepted only under the CPA payment model.
- Partners must provide links to advertising sites and promotional materials if requested. Refusal to provide this information may result in account suspension.
- Impersonating media figures or using misleading content in channels like Telegram is strictly prohibited.
- Certain keywords are restricted for organic and PPC traffic in specific geos. Violations of these restrictions may result in account blocking.
In the event of violations, Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to close the Partner’s account and withhold payments.
Affiliate Commission Structure
Partner earnings come from a share of the net income generated by players referred by the Partner. Commissions are set as follows: 40% for Casino players, 40% for Sports players Additionally, Referrers earn 3% of the profits from new Partners they attract.
Settlement Terms with Partners
- The affiliate program uses the US dollar as its currency.
- The reporting period is every 15 days, from the 1st to the 15th, and from the 15th to the end of the month.
- Payments are made within the first 3 days after the end of the reporting period.
- Payment details must be updated at least 5 business days before the end of the reporting period.
- Partners must ensure their billing details are correct.
- The program reserves the right to delay payments at its discretion.
- Early payments are not available, and the minimum withdrawal amount is $50.
- Negative balances are not carried over if a Partner requests suspension of commission accrual for users with negative income.
- If funds remain unwithdrawn for over 6 months, the account is deactivated and funds are forfeited.
- If fewer than 10% of players are active by the end of the month, players may be switched to the Revenue Share model.
- Partners who attract fewer than 10 players within 6 months will forfeit their earnings. If suspicious traffic is detected, the qualification may increase to 30 players.
Dispute Resolution
The Affiliate Program does not consider lost profits or moral damages. Disputes must be submitted in writing to support and will be reviewed within 15-20 business days. If negotiations fail after three months, disputes will be resolved under Cypriot law.
